Welcome to the CMHS Parent Portal! This website is designed to provide parents with easy access to information and resources about their school. In order to login and access content on the portal, please follow these instructions:
Step One: Click on the "Log In" link in the top right corner of the Parent Portal homepage.
Step Two: Enter your email address and password in the corresponding fields and click " Log In ".
Step Three: You will now be redirected to the "My Account" page. On this page, you will be able to view your account information, make changes to your profile, and manage your subscriptions.

-A student portal that allows students to access their educational information, such as grades, transcripts, and enrollment status.
-A parent resource center that offers information on topics such as homeschooling, college planning, and financial aid.
How to Login to the Parent Portal
The CMHS Parent Portal is a valuable resource for parents and guardians of students in the district. Parents can access information about their student, school, and district events and activities. The Parent Portal is easy to use and provides a one-stop shop for information on CMHS.
To login to the Parent Portal, parents will need their student’s ID number and password. To obtain your student’s ID number, go to their website and log in to MyCMHS. Under “My Account,” click on “Student Information.” On the left side of the screen, under “Current Students,” you will see your student’s name and ID number.
Once you have your student’s ID number and password, follow these steps to login to the Parent Portal:
1) Enter your student’s ID number and password into the login form on the Parent Portal home page.
2) Click on “Login.” Your user name will appear next to “Logged In as,” and your password will appear next to “Password Protected.”

When you create a CMHS account, you gain access to a wealth of valuable resources, including the Parent Portal. The Parent Portal is an online resource that can help you manage your student's academics, communication and attendance. Here are some of the benefits of using the Parent Portal:
- You can keep tabs on your student's academic progress.
- You can communicate with your student's teachers and counselors.
- You can get notifications about your student's attendance.
How to Access Your Student Data
To access your student data, login to the Cmhs Parent Portal. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Go to https://portal.cmhs.org and sign in with your CMHS account information.
2. Click on the My Students link in the left-hand navigation bar. This will take you to a page that lists all of your students and their respective data.
3. On the My Students page, you will see a list of all of your students’ accounts and passwords. Click on a student’s name to open their account details.
4. You will see a list of all of your student’s course information, including grades, course descriptions, and due dates. You can also view your student’s online portfolio and any certificates or awards they have earned as part of their coursework at CMHS.
How to Add or Remove Children from Your Household
If you have more than one child in your household, you'll need to add or remove them from the CMHS Parent Portal. To add a child, go to the Parent Portal and click on the Family tab. On the Family tab, next to My Household, click Add Child. Enter the child's name and birthdate (mm/dd/yyyy), and click Add. If you want to remove a child from your household, go to the Parent Portal and click on the Family tab. On the Family tab, next to My Household, click Remove Child. Enter the child's name and birthdate (mm/dd/yyyy), and click Remove.
How to Change Your Address or Phone Number
If you have ever changed your address or phone number on CMHS’ Parent Portal, this guide will walk you through the process.
To access the Parent Portal, go to cmhs.com and sign in. On the main page, click on “Parent Portal” in the top left corner. This will take you to the Parent Portal home page.
In the top right corner of the home page, click on “Edit Profile”. This will open a new window that displays all of your registered information for CMHS. To update your address or phone number, scroll down to “Personal Info” and click on “Update Address/Phone Number”.
You will be asked to enter your current address and phone number. If you have changed your email address, you will also need to enter that information here. Once you have updated all of your information, click on “Update Profile” to save your changes and return to the Parent Portal home page.
If you need to update only your address or phone number, but do not want to update your other registered information (such as email address), you can use the “Edit Profile

If you would like a transcript of your CMhs record, please visit the Request a Transcript page. There you will find instructions on how to request a transcript and the necessary forms.
