Making changes to your health information

3. You will see a list of all of your tests that were performed during this visit. The tests that are highlighted in green are those that were completed through the Patient Portal. The tests that are highlighted in red are those that were completed at the health center. Hover over any test result for more information about it, such as what type of test it is and when it was performed.
4. Click on a test result to view detailed information about it, such as how many times it was tested and what were the results.
To view your test results at the health center:
1. Go to the health center and find an employee who can help you with testing results. They will likely have a copy of your results in front of them.

Calling in a health concern
If you are experiencing a health concern and need to call in for assistance, please follow these steps:
Step One: Dial 888-373-4357 from any phone. This will connect you to the Clarinda Regional Health Center Patient Portal.
Step Two: Enter your identification number or patient ID number. This is the nine digit number that is located on your hospital ID card or on the back of your insurance card.
Step Three: Click on the “Health Concerns” tab and select “Call For Assistance.”
Step Four: Enter the details of your health concern and choose whether you would like to speak with a nurse or doctor.
Step Five: Click on the “Call Now” button and wait for an attendant to answer. If you have an emergency, please continue to dial 911.
If you are having a medical emergency, please do not call their Patient Portal and dial 911 instead.
Managing your medications
Clarinda Regional Health Center patients can use the Patient Portal to manage their medications. The Patient Portal allows patients to view their medication history, refill information, and track their medications. The Patient Portal is available online and in libraries across the district. To sign in, enter your user name (first and last name) and password. Your user name is your health care provider's name or your first initial and last name. Your password is your health care provider's office number or your first letter of your last name followed by a digit.
To add or update your medication information, go to My Medications on the left side of the screen. Under "Add a medication," select the type of medication you are adding or updating from the drop-down menu and enter the drug information in the required fields. You can also add notes about the medication in the Notes field. To remove a medication from your list, click on it and select Remove from List from the drop-down menu. Communicating with your doctor
If you are having trouble logging in to your Clarinda Regional Health Center Patient Portal, follow these simple steps:
