How to login to Civica Customer Portal
If you are a Civica customer and want to login to their customer portal, you can do so by following these simple steps:
-Go to civica.com and sign in.
-On the left-hand side of the screen, click on "Login."
-Enter your email address and password.
-Click on "Login Again" to confirm your credentials.
-Once you have logged in, you will see the "Customer Portal" tab on the left-hand side of the screen.
-Click on this tab to access all of your account information.
How to access your Civica account
If you have not already registered for an account with Civica, you can do so by visiting their website and clicking on the "Register" button. Once you have registered, you will be able to login to your account. To login, follow these steps:
1. Type in your email address and password into the appropriate fields on the login page.
2. Click on the "Login" button.
3. You will be redirected to the home page of the Civica website. From here, you can access all of your account information, as well as any content that has been published on their blog.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you want to change it, follow these simple steps:
1. Open the Civica customer portal.
2. In the top right corner of the main screen, click on the "Login" button.
3. On the "Login" screen, enter your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, click on “Forgot Password?” to get started.
4. After you have logged in, select “My Profile” in the top left corner of the screen. In the “My Profile” screen, under “Registration History”, find your current password and click on “Change Password” to set a new one.
How to update your contact information
If you have changed your contact information since registering for the Civica Customer Portal, you can update your information by logging in to the portal and clicking on “My Account”. From there, you will be able to update your contact information and password.
How to view your account activity
To view your account activity, log into your Civica customer portal at civica.com/portal. In the top right corner of the page, click on the "My Account" link. This will take you to a page where you can view all of your account activity, including invoices, orders, and more.
How to dispute a charge on your account
If you believe that you have been overcharged on your account, you can dispute the charge. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Civica customer portal.
2. On the left-hand navigation bar, click Accounts and then Charges.
3. In the account overview section, click Dispute a Charge.
4. On the Dispute a Charge page, complete the following information:
a. The type of charge you want to dispute (such as electricity or water bill).
b. The date and time of the alleged overcharge (including the time zone).
c. Your account number and contact information (including your email address).
5. Click Submit Dispute to send the dispute request to Civica’s billing team for review.
