How to login to your Citymd Employee Portal

1. Click on the logo in the top left corner of your screen.
2. In the menu that pops up, select "My Citymd."
3. On the My Citymd page, click on the "Login" link in the top right corner of the page.
4. Type in your username and password (your email address is also your login credentials). You will be prompted to confirm your login information.

How to manage your account

How to dispute a charge
If you have a dispute about a charge on your citymd account, you can login and dispute the charge. To login, go to the Account & Billing section of the website and sign in. Once you're logged in, click on Dispute Charges on the left menu. You'll be asked to provide some details about the charge, and to provide evidence if you have it.
