1. Go to the City College website at www.citycollege.edu and sign in using your NetID and password.
2. Click on My City College under Your Account on the left-hand navigation bar.
3. In the “My City College” section, click on the Login link in the top left corner of the page.
4. Enter your NetID and password in the appropriate fields, and click on Log In.
5. If you are not automatically logged in, enter your NetID and password in the appropriate fields and click on Log In Again.
6. Underneath your name in the upper right-hand corner of the page, you will see “My Academics” with your current course schedule listed beneath it. Click on this link to view your grades, add/drop classes, and other academic information.

How do I make a complaint about City College?
City College has a student portal that allows students to make complaints about their experience at the school. The process for making a complaint is as follows:
1. Log in to the student portal.
2. Click on "My City College" in the top left corner of the screen.
3. Under "My Services," click on "Complaint."
4. In the "Complaint Type" drop-down menu, select "Academic."
5. Fill out the form as best you can and click on "Submit" at the bottom of the page.
6. City College will review your complaint and respond to you within five business days.
Can I find out my City College degree transcript?
To find out your City College degree transcript, log in to the City College student portal and go to My Academics. Under "My Academics" you will see a box that says "Degree Transcripts." Click on the box and you will be taken to a page where you can view your transcript.

Yes! We recently added a "My Academics" section that allows students to track their grades, enroll in online courses, and view their transcripts. Additionally, we've made several other improvements, including adding a "Feedback" form to the "My Academics" section and updating the design of several sections.
