City Beach Employee Portal is a web-based application that helps employees of the City Beach Resort manage their personal information, such as reservations and account balances. In this how-to guide, we'll show you how to login to the Employee Portal and get started.
How to login to the City Beach Employee Portal
If you are a City Beach employee and have not already logged in, please follow these instructions:
1. Go to the City Beach Employee Portal homepage (https://portal.citybeach.com/) and click on the “Login” link in the top left corner
2. Enter your Username and Password and click on “Log In”
3. You will be taken to the main login screen where you can log in using your Username and Password or create a new account if you don’t have either one. If you have forgotten your Username or Password, please contact their Customer Support team at (844) 463-5760 or email [email protected]
How to view your profile information
To view your profile information, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the City Beach Employee Portal using your login credentials.
2. Click on "My Profile" in the header menu.
3. You will see a list of your current profiles and their corresponding profile information.
How to change your password
If you need to change your password for City Beach, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account at www.citybeach.com.
2. Click on the "My Account" link on the main page.
3. On the "My Account" page, click on the "Password" link in the left column.
4. Enter your current password and click on the "Change Password" button. (If you have forgotten your password, enter your email address in the "Forgotten Your Password?" field and we will send you a new password.)
5. Click on the "Update Profile" button to confirm that you have changed your password and to save the changes.
How to unsubscribe from City Beach email notifications
If you no longer wish to receive email notifications from City Beach, please follow the instructions below to unsubscribe. You can also unsubscribe by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email notification you receive.
1. Log into your account at citybeach.com.
2. Click on the "Notifications" tab in the upper left corner of the screen.
3. Under "Email Notifications," select the check box next to the email notification you wish to unsubscribe from.
4. Click on " unsubscribe ."
How to report a problem with the portal
If you experience a problem logging in to the City Beach Employee Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your profile page.
2. Click on "My Account" in the left-hand menu.
3. Click on "Report a Problem."
4. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click "Submit."
5. If you are experiencing a technical issue, please provide as much information as possible in the "Description of Problem" field. Please include your computer's model, operating system, and browser type if possible.
