Welcome to Citimanager Portal! Updating your profile and managing your account information is an important part of being a Citimanager member. In this article, we will show you how to login to your portal and update your information.
How to login to Citimanager Portal
If you are not yet registered with Citimanager Portal, please follow the instructions below to register and login. Once logged in, you will be able to manage your account and access important information about your business.
Step 1: click on the “Login” icon located in the top right corner of the screen.
Step 2: enter your user name and password. If you have forgotten your password, please click on the “Forgot Your Password?” link located in the login form and follow the instructions provided.
Step 3: once you have logged in, you will see a list of options on the left-hand side of your screen. The first option is “My Account” which will take you to your personal account overview. This overview includes important information such as your name, company name, email address and website URL. The second option is “Products” which will take you to a list of all the products that are currently registered with Citimanager Portal. How to add a new custom field
Adding a new custom field to Citimanager Portal is easy. Follow these steps:
1. Log in to Citimanager Portal.
2. Click on the "Settings" tab at the top of the page.
3. Click on "Add New Custom Field."
4. Enter the name of the new custom field in the "Name" field, and then click on the "Add" button.
5. In the "Description" field, provide a brief description of what this new custom field will be used for.
6. In the "Data Type" drop-down list, choose which type of data this new custom field will store (e.g., text, number, date).
7. Choose whether this new custom field will be visible to all users or only specific users (by clicking on the "Public/Private" drop-down list).
8. Click on the "Save" button to save your changes.
How to delete a custom field
To delete a custom field, navigate to the Citimanager portal and click on the Settings tab. In the Settings section, click on the Custom Fields link. Next, click on the custom field you want to delete and then click on the Delete button.
How to add or change a column in the table of data
To add or change a column in the table of data, follow these steps:
1. Log in to Citimanager Portal.
2. In the left-hand navigation bar, click Data Management.
3. In the table of data, click the column you want to modify.
4. In the right-hand navigation bar, click Properties.
5. On the General tab, under Column Label, type the new column name.
How to create a new report
Creating a new report is simple and easy with Citimanager Portal. To create a new report, follow these steps:
1. Click on Reports in the left-hand navigation bar.
2. Select New Report from the drop-down menu.
3. Enter a name for your report in the Title field and click on Create Report button.
4. On the next page, select the type of report you want to create from the list of available reports types. You can select from Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Yearly reports. Once you have selected the type of report, leave all other fields as default and click on Next button.
5. In the next page, provide details about your report such as its duration (day, week, month or year), target audience and source data. You can also add notes about your report if you wish in the Notes field and click on Finish button to save your report.
How to export data from the Citimanager Portal
If you want to export your data from the Citimanager Portal, there are a few different ways to do this. The easiest way is to use the Export Data tool in the Portal's toolbar. This will export all of your data in a CSV file. You can also use the Export Data option in the Citimanager Portal's menu bar. This will export only the data that is currently displayed on the screen.
