How to login to the Cipp Practitioner Portal
If you are a Cipp Practitioner, you need to login to the Portal to access your account and manage your cases. To login, first create an account by clicking the “sign up now” link on the home page of the Portal. You will be prompted to enter your name and email address. Once you have entered these details, you will be able to log in using your email address and password.

How to manage your account
If you are a Cipp practitioner, you will want to manage your account and access your resources. Below are instructions on how to login, view your account information, and make changes to your account settings.
How to Login:
To login to your account, click the "Login" button on the top right-hand corner of the page. Enter your name, email address, and password. If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password?" in the login form and enter your email address and password. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Once you have logged in, you will see the main page of your Cipp practitioner portal.
View Your Account Information:
To view your account information, click "My Account" in the top left-hand corner of the page. You will see a list of all of the resources that are available to you as a Cipp practitioner. This includes articles that you have downloaded from the site, courses that you have completed, certificates that you have earned, and consultations that you have booked. How to cancel your subscription
If you no longer need the Cipp Practitioner Portal, you can cancel your subscription by clicking on the "Cancel My Subscription" link at the top of the page.
How to report a problem with the Cipp Practitioner Portal
If you are having a problem with the Cipp Practitioner Portal, please follow these steps to report the issue.
1. Log in to your account on the Cipp Practitioner Portal. If you don't have an account, create one now.
2. Click on "My Account" in the main menu on the left side of the screen.
3. Click on "Report a Problem."
4. In the "Report a Problem" form, describe your problem and provide as much detail as possible. Try to include the following information:
- The date and time of the problem
- What browser and version you are using
- What steps you took to try to resolve the problem
- Any error message that appears when you attempt to solve the problem
