How to login to the Children's Mercy Patient Portal
If you are a patient at Children's Mercy and have a MyMC account, you can login to the Patient Portal using your MyMC username and password. If you don't have a MyMC account, you can create one by going to my.childrens Mercy.org and clicking on the "Create an Account" link in the top right corner of the homepage.
Once you have logged in, you will see the "Patient Portal" tab on the left side of the screen. On this page, you can access your account information, view your medical records, get updates about your care, and more.

Using the Patient Portal
If you are a parent or guardian of a child at Children’s Mercy, you can use the Patient Portal to stay connected with your child and receive important health information. To log in to the Patient Portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to www.cmchildrens.org/patients/patient-portal/.
2. Click “Create an Account.”
3. Enter your name and email address.
4. Click “Create Account.”
5. Select your child’s hospital from the list on the left side of the screen.
6. On the right side of the screen, you will see a list of options for connecting with your child including messaging, calls, photos, and events. You can also create a personalized account for your child if they are not already registered in the Patient Portal.
Managing Your Medical Record

To get started:
1. Log in to the Children’s Mercy Patient Portal website.
2. Click on the “My Account” link in the top left corner of the screen.
3. Enter your name and email address in the appropriate fields, and click “Complete Registration.”
4. In the “My Account” section of the portal, you will see your medical history and insurance information. Click on any of these links to view more detailed information about your health care journey:
- My Medical History: This page includes a list of all of your visits to Children’s Mercy Hospital since you were a child or teenager, including doctor appointments, scans and tests, and hospital stays. You can also see which medications you have been taking and whether you have any allergies or medical conditions.

Communicating with your Doctor
If you're having trouble communicating with your doctor, the Children's Mercy Patient Portal can help. Log in to the portal and search for your doctor. You'll be able to see their contact information, clinic hours, and other useful information.
Appointments and check-ins
If you are having a medical appointment at Children's Mercy, you can use the patient portal to easily check-in and find your appointment time. The patient portal also has information on how to get to the hospital, parking information, and more.
To login to the patient portal, click on the link in the email that you received when you registered for appointments. Once logged in, you will see a list of all of your appointments. You can see the date, time, and room number for your appointment. You can also choose to print out a map of the hospital or view a live map of the hospital.
