How to Login to Chico ISD Parent Portal
The Chico ISD Parent Portal is a one-stop shop for parents to access information about their children's school, grades, and more. To login, first be sure you have set up your account on the portal. If you have not yet registered, follow these steps:
1. Go to https://parentportal.chicoisd.net/login \ n2. Enter your email address and password (NOTE: Your password must be at least 8 characters long) \ n3. Click "Sign In" \ n4. You will see a screen like the following:

Instructions for Creating an Account
If you are a parent of a Chico ISD student, you can create an account to manage your student's information and access school resources. You will need to provide your name, email address, and password. Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least one number and one letter. To create an account, follow these instructions:
1. Log in to the Parent Portal website by entering your email address and password in the appropriate fields on the home page.
2. On the left-hand side of the page, click on My Account.
3. In the My Account section, click on Create New Account.
4. In the Create New Account form, provide your name, email address, and password. Please make sure that your name is correct because it will appear as your student's login name in future visits to the Parent Portal website.
5. Click on the Submit button to create your account.
Accessing Your Children’s School Records
If you are a parent of a Chico ISD student, you can use their Parent Portal to access your child’s school records. To login to the portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to http://parentportal.chicoisd.org/.
2. Enter your user name and password.
3. Click on the “My Students” link in the left-hand column.
4. Select your child’s school from the drop-down menu in the top row of the screen.
5. View your child’s records by clicking on the appropriate tab in the main window: School Records, Report Cards, or Attendance History.
Changing or Deleting Your Email Address
Chico ISD has a Parent Portal that allows parents to manage student information and access school resources. To login to the Parent Portal, follow these steps:
1. Click the "Parent Portal" logo in the top left corner of the home page.
2. In the "Login" box, enter your email address. Your email address will be used to identify you as a parent on the site. If you have multiple children in different districts, you will need to sign in with each of your email addresses. You can also change or delete your email address at any time by clicking "My Account" and clicking "Edit Profile."
3. Click "Sign In." Your login credentials will be automatically saved. If you have forgotten your login credentials, click "Forgot Password?" in the top right corner of the Parent Portal home page and enter your email address and password to reset your password.
Reporting a Child Abuse or Sexual Assault
If you are a parent or guardian of a student at Chico ISD and believe that your child has been abused or sexually assaulted, please immediately call the Chico Police Department at 707-829-2131. The police department will begin an investigation and can provide you with advice on how to protect your child.
Connecting with Other Parents in Chico ISD
Chico ISD is committed to improving communication and collaboration between parents.
