How to login to the Chichester School District Parent Portal
To access the Parent Portal, please login using your school district’s credentials. You will need to have a valid school ID number and password to log in. If you have forgotten your password, or if you have not used the Parent Portal in a while, please contact your school district.
How to manage your account
If you are a parent of a child who attends Chichester School District, you may want to manage your account on the Parent Portal. Here are instructions on how to login and navigate the Parent Portal.
How to contact the School District
If you need to contact the Chichester School District, there are several ways to do so. You can email them at [email protected], call them at (508) 624-4000, or stop by their office in person. Their office is located at 283 South Main Street in Chichester.
Changing your email address or password
If you have forgotten your username or password, please follow these instructions to reset your account.
Managing your account preferences
If you are a parent of a student in the Chichester School District, you can manage your account preferences and information by logging in to the Parent Portal. To login, follow these steps:
1. Go to www.chichester.k12.ny.us and sign in with your school username and password (or create an account if you do not have one).
2. Click on the "Parent Portal" link at the top of the page.
3. On the Parent Portal home page, click on the "My Accounts" link in the left column.
4. In the "My Accounts" section, click on the "Login" button next to your child's name to log in to their account.
5. Enter your school username and password in the appropriate fields, and click on "Log In." Your child's current account information will be displayed. You can also view their grades and attendance records from this page.
Viewing or deleting your account
If you have created an account with the Chichester School District Parent Portal, you can view or delete your account at any time. To view or delete your account, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Parent Portal at www.chesd.org.
2. Under the "My Account" header, select "View or Delete My Account."
3. Review the account information and click "Delete My Account." Your account will be deleted within a few minutes.
Report a problem with the Parent Portal
If you are having trouble logging in to the Parent Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Click the “Login” link on the homepage of the Parent Portal.
2. Enter your school ID and password in the fields provided.
3. If you have forgotten your password, click the “Forgot Password” link on the home page of the Parent Portal and enter your email address in the “Forgot Password Request” field. Your email address will be sent a temporary password that you can use to log in to the Parent Portal.
4. If you have not yet registered for an account with CHS, enter your name and email address in the fields provided and click “Register Now.” Your registration will create an account for you and you will be able to log in to the Parent Portal using your registered name and email address.
