Chestnut Pointe Apartments is one of the newer apartment complexes in Rowlett, Texas and as such, they have implemented a Resident Portal that allows residents to manage their account, see their account history, make changes to their account information, report problems or issues with the complex, and more. In this article we will show you how to login to the Resident Portal and start using all of its features.
How to login to the Chestnut Pointe Resident Portal
To login to the Chestnut Pointe Resident Portal, follow these steps:
1. Open your web browser and go to the Chestnut Pointe website.
2. Log in with your NetID and password. If you have forgotten your NetID or password, please contact the Chestnut Pointe Management Office.
3. Click on "Resident Portal."
4. Enter your NetID and password in the appropriate fields, and click on "Login."
5. You will be directed to a page that will list all of your current account privileges. Click on any of the tabs to view more information about that particular privilege.
How to find your account number
To login to your Chestnut Pointe Apartments Resident Portal, enter your user name and password. Your account number is located on the back of your ID card.

How to change your password

How to contact Chestnut Pointe about a problem
Residents of Chestnut Pointe Apartments can contact the management office by clicking on the "Contact Us" link on the main website. Additionally, residents can also reach out to Chestnut Pointe's Resident Portal by logging in and clicking on the "Resident Portal" tab at the top of the page.
In order to login, residents will need to provide their name, email address, and password. The resident portal is a secure area where residents can manage their account information, connect with other residents, and report issues.

How to opt out of future resident communications
If you do not want to receive future communications from Chestnut Pointe Apartments, please follow the instructions below.

2. On the "My Account" page, under "Manage My Communications Preferences," select the check box next to "Do Not Receive Emails." This will disable all future emails from Chestnut Pointe Apartments.
