Login Instructions
If you are having trouble logging in to your Checkmate Portal account, please follow the instructions below. If you still have trouble logging in, please submit a support ticket and we will assistance you as soon as possible.
Login Instructions:
1. Click on the Login link in the top right corner of the screen.
2. Enter your username and password. If you have not created an account yet, please click on the Create an Account link in the top right corner of the login screen and follow the instructions.
3. If you have already logged in, please click on the your name in the top left corner of the login screen and select your profile category (e.g., Faculty, Staff).
4. Click on My Portals at the top of your profile page to view all of your active portals (if you have any). Under each portal, you will find links to Log In, My Documents, and My Zones.

Account Management
If you are looking to manage your account on the Checkmate Portal, you have come to the right place. In this blog post, we will discuss how to login and manage your account. First, you will need to create an account on the Checkmate Portal. To do this, click on the Create Account link located in the top navigation bar.
Upon clicking on the Create Account link, you will be prompted to enter your name and email address. After you have entered these information, click on the Create Account button to create your account. Once your account is created, you will be able to access it by clicking on the My Account link located in the top navigation bar.
Once you have clicked on My Account, you will be able to view all of your account information including your login credentials. To login to your account, simply enter your login credentials into the appropriate fields and click on the Login button. After you have logged in, you will be able to access all of your account information as well as any content that has been added to your account.
Billing and Payments
If you are a new user of Checkmate Portal, you will need to create an account. Once you have created an account, you will be able to login and make payments. To login, click the "Login" link in the header of the home page. You will be prompted for your username and password. After you have logged in, you will see the "Billing and Payments" section on the left side of the page. In this section, you can view your account information, make payments, and view your billing history.
Contacting Customer Service

Navigating the Checkmate Portal
