Charter College Faculty Portal is a online portal that allows faculty and staff to access their personal account, view their grade reports, and manage their office hours. In order to login and access these features, you will need your username and password.
To get started, please follow these simple steps:
Step One: Click on the “Login” link in the top menu bar of the Faculty Portal website.
Step Two: Enter your username (usually your last name followed by @charter.edu) and password (usually your email address followed by @charter.edu).
Step Three: If you have not already registered with Charter College as a faculty or staff member, you will be prompted to do so now. Please enter your full name, email address, and date of birth. After you have registered, you will be able to log in to the Faculty Portal without having to enter your username and password again.
How to login to the Charter College Faculty Portal
Step 1: Log in to the Charter College Faculty Portal with your NetID and Password.
Step 2: Click on the My Profile link on the left-hand side of the screen.
Step 3: On the My Profile page, click on the Login link in the upper-right corner of the page.

How to search for a faculty member
If you are looking for a faculty member by name, you can search by name on the Faculty Portal. To search by name, click on the Search tab on the left-hand side of the Faculty Portal and type in the name of the faculty member you are looking for. You will then be able to see all of the entries that contain that name. If you are looking for a faculty member by department, you can search by department on the Faculty Portal. To search by department, click on the Departments tab on the left-hand side of the Faculty Portal and type in the name of the department you are looking for. You will then be able to see all of the entries that contain that name.
How to create an account
If you don't have an account, create one now. Log in to your account to access your faculty portal.
1. Click "Login" in the top right corner of the home page.
2. Enter your username and password.
3. Click "Log In."
4. Click on "My Account" in the top left corner of the screen.
5. Click on "Configure Email."
6. Enter your email address and click on "Save Changes."
7. Click on "Configure My Portfolio."
8. Enter your name and click on "Save Changes."
9. You are now finished configuring your account!

How to leave a comment on a faculty member’s profile
If you want to leave a comment on a faculty member’s profile, first click on their name in the list of profiles on the left side of the screen. This will take you to their profile page. On this page, you will see a comment box in the lower right corner. To leave a comment, simply type your comment in the box and hit “submit”. Your comment will appear instantly on the faculty member’s profile page and other students who are viewing that faculty member’s profile will be able to read it.
