How to login to Central Portal
To login to Central Portal, please follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to your MyAFS account. You can find this information under the “My Account” tab on the Central Portal home page. If you are not logged in, click the “Sign In” link in the top right corner of the page.
2. Enter your MyAFS login credentials and hit enter.
3. Click on the “Login” link in the top right corner of the page.
4. Enter your AFS user name and password and hit enter. If you have two-factor authentication enabled, you will also need to enter your text message code. Please see their instructions for more information on how to set up two-factor authentication on AFS.
5. Confirm your password by clicking on the “Verify Your Password” link in the top right corner of the page. If everything looks correct, click on the “Log In” button to log into Central Portal!
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you would like to change it, you can do so through the Central Portal.
How to sign out of Central Portal
If you're ever stuck in a Central Portal session and want to sign out, here's how:
1. Click the orange "sign out" button located in the top right corner of your screen.
2. You'll be prompted to enter your username and password. Enter your username and hit the sign out button.
3. Congratulations, you've successfully signed out of Central Portal!
How to report a problem
If you have a problem logging in to Central Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the 'My Account' section on the Central Portal home page and enter your login information.
2. If you are having difficulty logging in because your password is incorrect, please click on the 'Forgot Password?' link next to your account name and enter your email address to receive instructions on how to reset your password.
3. If you are having difficulty logging in because you do not have permission to access your account, please contact the administrator of the Central Portal site for which you are attempting to access by clicking on the 'Contact Us' link located at the bottom of every page on Central Portal and providing as much information as possible about your situation.
