If you're a student at a Canadian college or university, chances are you have an account with the Ccps Student Portal. The Ccps Student Portal is a online resource that provides information on your school, including course schedule, contact information for faculty and staff, and more. In this article, we'll show you how to login to your account and access all the resources it has to offer.
How to login to the Ccps Student Portal
If you are a Ccps student, you can use the following steps to login to the Ccps Student Portal:
1. Log in to your MyCcps account.
2. Click on "Portal" in the left nav bar.
3. In the "Login" box, enter your MyCcps password and click on "Log In."
4. If you have not yet created an account, click on the "Create Account" link and follow the instructions.
5. Once you have logged in, you will see the main screen of the Ccps Student Portal.
How to add or update your personal information
To add or update your personal information on the Ccps Student Portal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the portal at www.ccps.k12.in.us with your school username and password.
2. Click on the My Account link in the top navigation bar.
3. Click on the Edit Profile tab.
4. Enter your name and email address in the appropriate fields, and click Save Profile button.
5. You're done!
How to report a crime or incident
If you have a concern about crime or an incident on campus, you can report it through the Ccps Student Portal. This is an easy way to communicate with Ccps and get help solving the issue.
First, log in to the Student Portal by clicking on the login button in the upper right corner of the screen.
Once you’re logged in, click on “Report a Concern” in the left menu bar.
Next, select the type of concern you have and provide as much detail as possible.
Finally, select a contact person (either Ccps staff or a student organization) to whom you want to report your concern.

How to get help from Ccps
Login to the Ccps student portal using your school’s login credentials. You can also access the student portal using your NetID and password. If you have forgotten your login information, see their helpful tips below.

How to cancel your subscription
If you want to cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your myCPS account.
2. Click on the "My Account" tab.
3. Under "Subscriptions & Billing," click on the "Cancel Subscription" link.
How to view your account activity
If you have forgotten your login credentials, or would like to view your account activity, please follow these steps:
1. Locate your student portal on the Ccps website.
2. Click on the “My Account” tab.
3. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click the “Log In” button.
4. You will be directed to the “Your Account Activity” page which will list all of the activities that have been performed on your account over the past 30 days.
What happens after you login
If you have forgotten your password, there are several options available to you.
First and foremost, if you have not used your password for a period of two weeks or more, then the system will automatically reset it for you. If this does not work for you, then you can contact the Help Desk at (313) 596-5990, option 2 and they will be able to assist you in resetting your password.
If you have forgotten your password and have attempted to contact the Help Desk but have not received a response within two business days, then you can email [email protected] and provide the following information: name, student ID number, last four digits of your social security number, and email address. The Support Team will attempt to reset your password for you and will send an email notification to the email address that was provided when registering with CCPSMD.
