How to login to the Cava Parent Portal
If you are a Cava parent and have not yet registered for the Parent Portal, please do so by clicking the link below. After you have registered, you will be able to login to the Parent Portal from your account page. If you have any questions or problems registering or logging in, please contact them at [email protected].
Step 1: Click on the link below to access the Parent Portal registration page.
Step 2: On the registration page, enter your username (this is your Cava student ID number) and password. If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot Your Password?” link below and we will help you recover it.
Step 3: Once you have entered your username and password, click on the “Log In” button to log in to the Parent Portal.

How to create an account
If you are a new cava parent, or have not used their portal in the past, we recommend that you create an account now. Once you have created your account, you will be able to login and access all of the resources and tools that are available through their portal.
To create an account, please follow these steps:
1. Go to their homepage and click on the “Create an Account” link in the upper-left corner of the page. The “Create an Account” form will open.
2. In the “Account Information” section, enter your first and last name, email address, and password. Click on the “Create Account” button to finish entering your information.
3. Once you have created your account, you will be able to login to it by clicking on the “Login” link in the upper-right corner of the screen. The “Login” form will open.
4. Enter your name and email address into the appropriate fields, and click on the “Login” button to finish logging in.

How to add a parent or guardian
Adding a parent or guardian is easy with the Cava Parent Portal. To login, first create an account if you haven't already done so. Once you have an account, go to the Parent Portal and click "Add a Parent/Guardian." You will need to provide your name, email address, and password. Once you have logged in, you will see a list of all of your students. Select the student you would like to add a parent or guardian for and click "Add Parent/Guardian." The parent or guardian will now be able to view all of the student's information and make changes as needed.

Adding a new student to your Cava Parent Portal is easy! Here's how:
1. Log in to your Cava Parent Portal.
2. Click on the My Academics tab.
3. Under Add Student, enter the student's name and email address.
4. Click Save Changes.
How to view and manage student records
The Cava Parent Portal provides parents with access to their student's records and information. Parents can view their child's grades, attendance, and other important information. Parents can also manage their child's schedule, contact information, and more. To login to the Cava Parent Portal, follow these steps:
1) Log in to cava.edu using your school username and password. If you have not yet registered for an account on cava.edu, please visit their registration page for more information.
2) Click on the "Student Records" tab located in the left-hand navigation panel of the website.
3) Enter your student's name in the "Search by Name" field and press "Go." The Student Records page will display all of your student's records including (but not limited to): grades, transcripts, enrollment status, and more! You can also access this page by clicking on the "Parent Portal" link found in the top right corner of each online course or unit offered at Cava.

How to cancel your subscription
If you are not happy with the content on Cava Parent Portal, you can cancel your subscription at any time by following these simple steps.:
1. Login to your account using the credentials that you provided when you signed up for Cava Parent Portal.
