How to login to Catawba County Schools Parent Portal
To login to Catawba County Schools Parent Portal, please follow the steps below. If you are having trouble logging in, please contact the school district directly.
1) Click on the "Parent Portal Login" link on the homepage of Catawba County Schools Parent Portal. This will take you to a login page.
2) Enter your user name and password.
3) If you have not registered with Catawba County Schools Parent Portal, click on the "Register" button and enter your email address and password. Once you have registered, your user name will be "Registered User" and your password will be "Password".
4) If you have registered with Catawba County Schools Parent Portal, click on the "Log In" button to log in. Your user name will be "Login User" and your password will be the same as when you registered.
5) Click on the links in the left-hand column of the home page to navigate through the site.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you would like to change your password, please follow these instructions:
1. Log into the Parent Portal at catawba.k12.nc.us/portal/.
2. On the left-hand side of the screen, under βMy Accountβ, click on βChange Passwordβ.
3. Enter your current password and new password in the appropriate fields and click βSubmitβ.
4. You will now be logged out of the Parent Portal and will need to log back in with your new password to continue using it.
How to manage your account
To manage your account, please visit the Catawba County Schools Parent Portal. To login, please follow these simple steps:
1) Log in to your Parent Portal account by entering your username and password.
2) Click on the My Account tab located at the top of the Parent Portal home page.
3) On the My Account page, you will see a list of all of your active accounts with Catawba County Schools.
4) To manage an account, click on the corresponding link. This will take you to the account management page for that particular account.
5) Here you will find important information about your child's account such as their student ID number, current grades, and any special instructions or notifications related to that particular account.
How to report a problem with Catawba County Schools Parent Portal

You can use the online tool at www.catawbaschools.com/parentportal to report a problem. This tool will ask you some basic information about your issue, including:
