How to login to the Cass Regional Patient Portal
If you are a Cass Regional Patient, please use the following link to login to the portal: https://portal.cassregional.org/. Once you have logged in, you will be able to access your account information, including your health records and medication history.
How to find out your account number and password
If you registered for the Cass Regional Patient Portal, you will have received an email with your account number and password. To login to the portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to www.cassregionalpatientportal.com and sign in.
2. Click on "My Account" on the left-hand side of the screen.
3. Enter your account number and password in the corresponding fields and click on "Login."
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, please follow these instructions to change your password.:

3. Under “Login Information,” enter your email address and click on “Change Password.”
4. Enter your new password and click on “Update Profile.”

How to update your personal information
If you have updated your personal information since logging in to the Cass Regional Patient Portal, follow these steps to update your records:
Log In to the Cass Regional Patient Portal. Click on the My Account link in the top menu. Select the Update Personal Info link. Enter your new information and click the Update My Details button.
How to reset your password
If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps to reset it:
1. Log in to the Cass Regional Patient Portal.
2. Click on the 'My Account' link in the top left corner of the screen.
3. Enter your login credentials and click on the 'Reset Password' button.
4. Enter your new password in the 'New Password' field and click on the 'Confirm New Password' button.

If you have multiple email addresses associated with your account, be sure to unsubscribe from all of your addresses before clicking on the "Unsubscribe" link.
