If you are having problems logging into Cascom, here is a guide on how to login.
What is Cascom?
Cascom is a software that helps you manage and access your email, calendar, contacts, and files from anywhere.
To login to your Cascom account, follow these steps:
1. Open the Cascom app on your device.
2. Enter your login information (email address and password).
3. Click the blue Login button.
You will be taken to the main Cascom page.
If you have multiple Cascom accounts, select the account you want to use from the drop-down menu next to My Account Name.
4. Enter your password again and click the Log In button.
How to login to Cascom
If you are not already a Cascom user, please click here to create an account. Once you have created an account, please follow these instructions to login to Cascom.
1. From your computer, open Google Chrome and type “https://cascom.monash.edu” into the address bar.
2. You will be prompted to enter your Cascom username and password. Please enter your login information and press the “Log In” button.
3. You will now be taken to the main Cascom page. On the left hand side of the page, you will see a blue button labelled “My Cascom”. Click on this button to access all of your personal information and files stored on Cascom.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your Cascom login, or if you want to change your password, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account using the Cascom login name and password you used when you first registered your device. If you don’t remember your Cascom login name, click on My Account below the main content area of the website, and then use the search box to find the information you need.
2. Click on Your Account at the top of the screen.
3. On the left-hand side of the screen, under Personal Information, click on Change Password.
4. Enter your new password in the New Password field and confirm it by clicking on Change Password again.
5. Click on Save Changes at the bottom of the screen.

-If you are having trouble logging in to your CASCOM account, try the following:
-Check that you have entered your user name and password correctly.
-If you are still having trouble logging in, contact CASCOM support.
-Some common problems that may cause difficulty logging in to CASCOM include:
-A weak password or user name
-A computer that is not connected to the internet or the CASCOM network
-An incorrect web browser setting or extension
-A firewall blocking access to the CASCOM website
