How to login to Carrier’s web portal
To login to Carrier's web portal, visit the following URL:
https://portal.carrier.com/login
Enter your login credentials and click the "Log In" button. You will be taken to the home page of the web portal.

1) Create an online account with the Carrier Web Portal.
2) Login to your account and click on "My Settings."
3) On the "General" tab, click on "Update Profile."
4) Enter your name and email address in the appropriate fields, then click on "Save Profile."
5) Click on the "Sign In" button to log in to your account.
You can also access your account settings by clicking on the blue "Menu" icon in the top right corner of any page within the Carrier Web Portal and selecting "My Settings."
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or need to change it, you can do so through the carrier web portal.
To login, first navigate to the carrier web portal and sign in. Once you are logged in, click on the “My Account” link in the upper left corner of the screen.
On the My Account page, under “Account Settings”, click on the “Password” link. You will be prompted to enter your current password. If you have not changed your password recently, Carrier will suggest a new password for you. You can also click on the “Generate New Password” link to create a new password.
Once you have entered your current password and created a new password, click on the “Submit” button to save your changes.
