1. If you are logging in for the first time, click on the Login link on the top right hand corner of the page. Enter your username and password (or create an account if you haven't already), and click on the Log In button.
2. If you are returning to the login page after being away for a while, your login status will be displayed at the top of the page. If it says that you are not logged in, please follow these instructions to log in:
a. Click on the Log In link at the top right hand corner of the page. Enter your username and password (or create an account if you haven't already), and click on the Log In button.
b. If you are not automatically logged in after a few seconds, please enter your email address (this will allow us to notify you of new content updates or important system announcements). After entering your email address, click on the Update Email Address button to activate it.

How to make changes to your health information
If you want to make changes to your health information, you can use the Carpathia Collaborative Patient Portal. To login, follow these steps:
1) Go to the Carpathia Collaborative Patient Portal at www.carpathiacloud.com/patientportal.
2) Click “Login” in the top right corner of the screen.
3) Type in your email address and password (the same ones you used when you registered for the patient portal). If you have not yet registered for the patient portal, you will need to do so first.
4) Click “Log In” to activate your account.
How to share your health information with others
If you are looking to make a change to your health information, or if you just want to share some of your health information with others, you can use the Carpathia Collaborative Patient Portal. The Patient Portal is a secure web-based system that allows patients and their caregivers to access their health information and make changes to it.
To login to the Patient Portal, follow these steps:
1) Go to http://patients.carpathia.com/portal/.
2) Enter your user ID and password.
3) Click Login Now.
4) If you have an email address associated with your account, enter it in the Email Address field and click Log In. Otherwise, enter your user name in the User Name field and click Log In.
5) Click My Health Record on the left side of the screen.
6) On the My Health Record page, click Personal Info in the list on the left side of the screen.
7) In the Personal Info section, click Change Profile Picture. (If you have a profile picture already associated with your account, it will be displayed.)
8) Click Upload File and select a picture
