If you are a patient at Carolyn Downs Medical Center, you can now access your personalized patient portal with the help of Google Sheets. This tool allows you to manage your health records, book appointments, and more. To get started, follow these steps:
1. Log into your Google account
2. Go to https://www.carolyndowns.com/patientportal (or click the link in the email that arrived with your login information)
3. Enter your patient ID and password to open the Patient Portal.
4. On the Home page, click on My Accounts and then click on My Profile.
5. On the My Profile page, click on My Health Records to open the Health Record Management Tool.
6. In the Health Record Management Tool, enter your personal information (eg, name, date of birth) and click on Save Record. You will be prompted to give permission for Carolyn Downs to access your health records and to provide us with contact information for future inquiries about your health record.

5. After you have logged in, you will see a list of pages on the Patient Portal that are available to you based on your hospital ID number and category (e.g., Medical Records, Messages from Staff, etc.).
