How to log in to your Caring Family Patient Portal
If you have not already created an account on the Caring Family Patient Portal, please click here to create an account. Once you have logged in, follow these steps to access your account:
1. Click on the “Log In” button in the top right corner of the main page.
2. Enter your user name and password in the appropriate fields and click “Login”.
3. If you are a registered caregiver, you will be prompted to log in using your caregiver login credentials. If you are a family member of a patient, you will be prompted to log in using your patient login credentials. Please note that if you are not a registered caregiver or family member of a patient, you will be prompted to create an account before being able to log in.
How to manage and view your records in your Caring Family Patient Portal
If you are a Caring Family patient, your portal is where you can manage your records and view important information about your care. You can access your portal by visiting the website at www.caringfamily.com and clicking on the “My Account” tab. In order to login to your account, you will need:
-Your patient ID number
-Your uniquepatient identifier (UPI)
-Your email address
-Your password. Once you have entered these details, click on the “Login” button and you will be taken to the login screen. Here, you will need to enter your patient ID number, UPI, email address, and password in order to log in. If you have forgotten your password, please click on the “Forgot Your Password?” link located below the login box and follow the instructions that are provided.
