Carilion Patient Portal is a web-based patient portal that lets patients access their health information, order medications, and find out about upcoming medical appointments. To login to the portal, please follow these steps:
1. Click on the "Patient Portal" tab on the main Carilion website.
2. On the Patient Portal home page, click on "Login."
3. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields, and click "Log In."
How to login to Carilion Patient Portal
The Carilion Patient Portal is a secure online system that allows patients to manage their health records, appointments, and medication refills. To login, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Carilion Patient Portal with your patient identification number (PIN) and password.
2. Verify your identity by clicking on the "Verify My Identity" link at the top of the page. If you have already verified your identity with Carilion Medical Group, then you will be automatically logged in.
3. Click on the "My Health Records" tab to access your health records and appointment information. You can also view your medication refills and track your medications using the "Medication History" tab.
4. Click on the "Services" tab to find information aboutcarilion services and resources available to you.
5. Click on the "News & Events" tab to stay up-to-date on Carilion news and events.
6. Click on the "Contact Us" tab to communicate with Carilion about any questions or concerns you may have about using the Patient Portal.
How to update your contact information
If you have a new phone number, or you have changed your email address, you will need to update your contact information on the Carilion Patient Portal. To do this:
1. Log in to the Carilion Patient Portal.
2. Click on "My Profile" in the top navigation bar.
3. On the "Profile" page, click on "Edit Details."
4. In the "Contact Information" section, enter your new phone number or email address.
5. Click on "Save Changes."
If you do not have a new phone number, or if you have not changed your email address, please continue to use the same contact information that is listed on your Medicare card or Driver's License.
How to resolve a problem with the Patient Portal
If you encounter a problem logging in to the Patient Portal, there are several steps you can take to resolve the issue. First, make sure that you have the latest version of the Patient Portal software installed on your computer. If you are still experiencing issues logging in, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
1. Verify that your computer has the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed. Adobe Flash Player is required to use many features of the Patient Portal.
2. Verify that your computer has an active internet connection and that your browser is configured to accept cookies. Cookies are required for many features of the Patient Portal, including logging in and managing your account information.
3. Verify that you have entered your correct user name and password. Make sure that you have entered your user name and password accurately, as they are required to log in to the Patient Portal. If you have forgotten your user name or password, please contact Carilion Health System's Patient Relations staff.
How to unsubscribe from email notifications
If you no longer wish to receive email notifications from Carilion, you can unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions below.

If you cannot login to the Carilion Patient Portal, or have questions about using the portal, there are other ways to get help. You can:
-Call Carilion's patient service line at 1-800-222-1222. This number is available from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., seven days a week.
-Visit Carilion's website and click on "Contact Us" in the menu bar at the top of the page. This will take you to a form where you can enter your information and send an email or a letter.
-Write to Carilion's president and CEO, asking for help.
