How to login to the Carepoint Application Portal
If you have not already done so, create an account with Carepoint and log in to the application portal.
Once you have logged in, click on the link in the top left hand corner of the screen that says "My Carepoint".
You will then be presented with a list of your services and applications.
Below each service or application, you will see a blue bar labelled "Login".
Click on the blue bar labelled "Login" and you will be presented with the login screen.
Enter your user name and password and click on the "Log In" button.
If you are prompted to do so, enter your e-mail address as well.
Once you have logged in, you will be presented with the main application portal page.
How to add new users to your organization
To add new users to your Carepoint Application Portal, follow these steps:
1. Log into your Carepoint Application Portal account.
2. Click the Users link on the left-hand side of the screen.
3. Click the Add User button in the middle of the screen.
4. Enter the user name and password for the new user, and click OK.
5. The new user will be added to the list of users in your portal.
How to reset your password
If you forget your password, please follow these instructions to reset it:
1. Click on the "Login" button in the top right corner of the Carepoint Application Portal home page.
2. In the "Login" form that appears, enter your username (the name you registered with Carepoint) and password into the appropriate fields.
3. Click on the "Reset Password" button to reset your password.
