How to login to the Careplus Agent Portal

Once you have logged in, here are some instructions for using the portal:
1. In the top left corner of the portal, click on My Profile.
2. On the My Profile page, under "Profile Picture," click on the button to upload a new profile picture.
3. Under "Avatar Size & Resolution," select a size and resolution for your profile picture.
4. Click on Upload File and select a file to upload.
5. Click on OK to finish uploading your profile picture.
6. Under "My Settings," click on Change Password to create a new password.
7. Type your current password in the Password box and click on Save Changes to finish setting your password.
8. Under "My Settings," click on Edit Personal Info to change any of your personal information, such as your name or email address.
9. Under "Careplus Agent Portal Settings," make any changes you need to customize your portal experience, such as setting your preferred language or region.
How to find and download your MyCareplus account
If you have forgotten your MyCareplus login details, or if you have misplaced your login information, don't worry. You can easily find and download your MyCareplus account by following these simple steps:
1. Head over to the Careplus Agent Portal and sign in (if you haven't already).
2. Once you're logged in, navigate to the "My Account" tab on the left-hand side of the screen.
3. Under "My Account Information," click on "Download My Careplus Account."
4. You'll be taken to a new page where you can save or print your account information.
How to manage your MyCareplus account
If you're new to MyCareplus, or if you just need to refresh your memory on how to login and manage your account, read on!
To login to your MyCareplus account, first make sure you have an active internet connection. If you don't have an active internet connection, you can try connecting to the internet through your phone's hotspot.
Once you have an active internet connection, open up a web browser (like Chrome or Firefox) and type in the following address: https://www.mycareplus.com/login.aspx.
Enter your email address and password into the appropriate fields and click the "Sign In" button.

If you ever need to reset your password, go to this page and click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link under the "My Account" header. You will then be prompted to enter your email address and choose a new password.
How to view, update and print your Careplus account information
To view, update and print your Careplus account information, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Careplus Agent Portal.
2. Click on the My Account tab.
3. In the My Account section, you will find all of your account information including account numbers, login details and passwords. You can also view your statements and invoices.
4. If you need to make any changes to your account information, please click on the Edit link next to the relevant section of information. This will open up a new window where you can enter the new information. Once you have updated all of your details, click on the Save button to save the changes.
5. To print out a copy of your account information, click on the Print button located next to the relevant section of information. This will open up a new window where you can choose the printer that you want to use. Once you have selected the printer, click on the Print button to start printing your account information.
How to report a problem with your Careplus account
If you're having trouble logging in to your Careplus account, there are a few things you can do to try and fix the problem. First, make sure you have the right access code. If you don't have your access code, you can find it on your account statement or in your email inbox. If that doesn't work, you can try resetting your password. If that still doesn't work, you can call customer service.
