How to Login to the Cardiologist Education Portal
If you are a cardiologist interested in learning more about current medical research and trending topics, the Cardiologist Education Portal is the perfect resource for you. The Portal offers access to a variety of content, including educational videos, journal articles, case studies, and more. To log in, click here.
How to Access Your Account
If you have forgotten your login credentials, or if you would like to reset them, follow these steps:
1. Click the "My Account" link at the top of the home page.
2. On the My Account page, click the "Login" link in the left column.
3. Enter your email address and password in the fields that appear, and click the "Log In" button.
4. If you have multiple accounts with Cardiologist Education Portal, select the account that you want to use from the list of options on the right side of the login screen.
5. Click the "Forgot Password?" link to enter your email address and request a new password. If you do not receive a response to your request for a new password within 10 minutes, please contact them at [email protected] for assistance.

How to Request an Amendment
If you have changed your mind about the medical treatment you received and wish to request an amendment to your medical records, here is how you can go about doing so.
First, contact the hospital where your care took place and ask for a copy of your original medical records. If the hospital cannot provide you with a copy, they may be able to provide you with a copy of your amended record.
If the hospital is unable or unwilling to provide you with a copy of your amended record or if you do not have copies of your original and amended records available, you can contact the cardiologist who performed your procedure or consulted on your behalf. The cardiologist may be able to provide you with a copy of your amended record.
What to Do if You Experience Problems Logging In or Using the Portal
If you experience any problems logging in or using the Cardiologist Education Portal, here are some steps to take:
1. Check to make sure that you have entered your username and password correctly.
2. If you are still having trouble logging in, try clearing your browser cache and cookies.
