This new online tool provides their tenants with easy access to their account information, as well as the ability to manage important property-related matters such as rent payments and late fees. In order to login and take advantage of this new service, please follow these simple steps:

2. Enter your email address in the “Email Address” field.
3. Click the “Sign In” button.
4. Enter your password in the “Password” field.

If you are a tenant, or if you have been assigned a proxy by your landlord, you need to login to the Tenant Portal in order to access your account details. To login, follow these steps:
1. Go to http://www.carbajalrealty.com/tenant-portal/.
2. Log in with your username and password. If you don't have a username and password, your landlord or property manager will have given you this information when they assigned you a proxy.
3. Click on “My Account” in the upper right corner of the screen. This will take you to your account overview page. Here you will find all the important information about your tenancy, such as your contract date and expiration date, as well as important notices related to your property. You can also view your monthly rent payments and view any maintenance requests that have been made on behalf of Carbajal Realty.
About the Carbajal Realty Tenant Portal
The Carbajal Realty Tenant Portal is a new online service that allows tenants to manage their own rental contracts and account information. Using the portal, tenants can add or update contact information, view account activity, and print or email rental agreements. The portal is available at carbajalrealty.com.

3. If you have not already created a profile for yourself on the tenant portal, you will be prompted to do so now. Once you have created your profile, please return to Step 2.
4. To view all of your current rental properties, simply click on your name at the top of the page and select "properties."
5. If you would like to manage or edit any of your properties, simply select them from the list and click on the corresponding button (e.g., "view details," "add photos," etc.).
Registering as a tenant
If you are a tenant looking to login to your account, please follow these steps:
1. Click on the link in the email that you received after signing up for their monthly newsletter.
2. Enter your username and password in the login form that appears.
3. If you have not received an email from us, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, please contact them at [email protected].
Verifying your identity
In order to login to the Carbajal Realty tenant portal you will need to verify your identity. This can be done in a few different ways.
1. Your name and address: If you have already registered with Carbajal Realty, then you can verify your identity by providing your name and address. You will need to enter this information into the login form on the tenant portal.
2. Your driver's license: If you do not have a registered account with Carbajal Realty, you can still login by providing your driver's license number. You will need to enter this information into the login form on the tenant portal.

1. Click on the My Account link in the top navigation bar.
2. On the My Account page, click on the Edit link next to your name.
3. On the Edit My Account page, you will be able to update your contact information and customize your account settings. You can also manage your blog posts and photos. Click on the Post a Blog Post link to start writing your blog post. You can also access your photos by clicking on the Photos link under my Videos and Photos section.
4. To manage your blog posts, click on the Publish a Blog Post link on the My Account page. You will be able to add a title and description for your post, as well as set a publication date and time. You can also choose whether or not to include a photo with your post. After you have finished editing your post, click on the Publish button to publish it.
