If you are a Capital Internal Medicine patient and have not yet registered for the Patient Portal, now is the time to do so. The Patient Portal is an online tool that allows you to view your medical records, schedule appointments, and track your health information.
To log in to the Patient Portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to capital-internal-medicine.com/patients/ and enter your login information. (Your login information can be found on your ID card or on the back of your medical bill.)
2. On the left side of the screen, click My Profile. You will see your Profile Summary and My Medical Record.
3. In the My Medical Record section, click Events to see a list of all upcoming appointments and surgeries. You can also click on an appointment to view more information about it, such as the patient's diagnosis and treatment plan. You can also request updates or changes to your medical record by clicking on My Request Updates or My Request Changes, respectively.
4. In the My Profile Summary section, you will find information about your health status, such as your blood pressure readings and medications history. You
