If you're looking for a way to keep track of your work hours and time spent on projects, then you'll want to sign up for the Capita Linguist Portal Timesheet. This online tool allows you to keep track of your hours worked, as well as the time spent on each project. Once you've registered and logged in, you'll be able to view your progress over time, set goals, and see how you compare to others in your department.
How to login to the Capita Linguist Portal
If you have forgotten your password, or if you have not been able to access the Capita Linguist Portal for any reason, please follow these steps to login:
1. Click on the Login link in the top right hand corner of the homepage.
2. Enter your username (e.g. "username") and password (e.g. "password"). If you have forgotten your password, please enter your email address as well in the Email Address field and we will email you a new password. Please make sure that you remember both your username and password as they are required to login to the Capita Linguist Portal.
3. Click on the Log In button to be logged in to the Capita Linguist Portal.
How to manage your Timesheet
Welcome to the Capita Linguist Portal! This document provides instructions for how to access and manage your Timesheet.
To login to the Portal, please sign in using your NetID and password. If you have forgotten your NetID or password, please contact their Customer Service Centre at [email protected].
Once you have logged in, please follow these steps to view your Timesheet:
1) Click on the My Accounts link on the top left of the page (as shown below).
2) Under My Accounts, click on the Timesheets tab (as shown below).
3) On the Timesheets tab, you will see a list of all of your active Timesheets (as shown below). You can also click on the View All button to view all of your Timesheets in one place.
4) To add a new Timesheet, click on the Add New button (as shown below). You will be prompted to enter a name for your Timesheet and a description. Please ensure that you save your Timesheet before proceeding.
5) To edit an existing Timesheet, click on the Edit button next
How to submit a Timesheet
If you have not yet created a Timesheet, now is the time to do so! To create a Timesheet, login to the Capita Linguist Portal and navigate to:
-My profile
-Timesheets
-Create new Timesheet.
Once you are inside the Create New Timesheet page, there are a few required fields that you will need to fill in. The most important of these fields is the title of your Timesheet:
The other required fields are your name (first and last), email address, and password. After you have completed these fields, click the “Create” button to submit your Timesheet. Once your Timesheet has been submitted, you will receive an email notification confirming that it has been uploaded to the Capita Linguist Portal.
How to view your Timesheet
To view your Timesheet on the CapitaLinguist Portal, please follow the following steps:
1. Log in to the CapitaLinguist Portal.
2. Click on "My Profile" in the top right corner of the portal.
3. Click on "Work History" in the left hand column.
4. Click on "Timesheet" in the right hand column.
5. The Timesheet will open in a new window.
How to cancel your Timesheet
If you need to cancel your Timesheet, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Capita Linguist Portal.
2. Click on the My Account link in the top navigation bar.
3. Under My Activities, click on Timesheet.
4. On the Timesheet page, click on the Cancel link next to your username.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, click here to reset it. If you have forgotten your user name, click here to reset that.
How to get help with the Capita Linguist Portal
If you're having trouble logging in to the Capita Linguist Portal, here are some tips:
1. Make sure that you have the latest version of the Capita Linguist Portal software installed on your computer.
2. Double-check your login credentials: You might have mistyped your user name or password. To find out what you were using when you last logged in, click "My Account" on the home page of the Capita Linguist Portal, and look under "History of Logins."
3. If you still can't log in, try calling Capita's customer support line (1-866-427-2427). They may be able to help you troubleshoot your login issue.
