To login to the Canal Winchester Schools Parent Portal, follow these steps:
Step 1: Click on the "Login" button on the top right corner of the Parent Portal.

How to find your child’s account
To find your child’s account on the Parent Portal, please follow these steps:
-First, open the Parent Portal by clicking on the “Parent Portal” button on the home screen of Canal Winchester School District website.
-Once you are in the Parent Portal, click on "My Account."
-Under "Your Child's Account," you will see all of your child's accounts on the portal.
-If you do not see your child's account, please click on "Forgot Your Password?" near the top of the page and provide your email address so that we can email you a reset password link.
How to change your child’s password
If you have forgotten your child’s password, or need to change it, follow these instructions:
1. Log in to the Parent Portal.
2. Click on “My Account” in the top right corner of the page.
3. Click on “Change Password.”
4. Enter your child’s current password and new password in the appropriate fields and click “Update Password.”
How to report a problem with your child’s account
If you have a problem with your child’s account, you can login to the Parent Portal and submit a problem report. You will need your child’s unique ID number and password.:
1. Log in to the Parent Portal using your child’s unique ID number and password.
2. Click on the “ Problems ” tab.
3. Select the problem you are having and provide as much detail as possible.
4. Click on the “ Submit Problem Report ” button.
How to unsubscribe from school notifications
If you wish to unsubscribe from school notifications, please follow the steps below:
1. Log into your Parent Portal.
2. Click on the "Notifications" tab.
3. To unsubscribe from all notifications, select "Unsubscribe all notifications."
4. To unsubscribe from a specific notification, select it and click on the "Unsubscribe" button.
