Step 1: In order to login, you will need to create a user name and password. You can create a user name by going to the "My Account" tab on the home page of the Patient Portal and selecting "Create User Name." You can also create a user name by clicking on "Sign In" at the top of any page on the Patient Portal.

If you are a Canadian Valley Family Care patient, you can login to their Patient Portal using your patient number and password. If you have forgotten your password, please contact their office at 907-827-7707. You can also access their Patient Portal by visiting www.cvfc.org and clicking on the "Patient Portal" link under "Our Services." How to login
If you have an account with Canadian Valley Family Care and would like to login, please follow these instructions:
1. Log in to your account at https://www.canadianvalleyfamilycare.com/ PatientPortal.aspx (you will need your patient number and password).
2. Click on the "Login" button in the top left corner of the screen.
3. Enter your patient number and password (from Step 1) into the appropriate fields, and click on the "Log In" button.
4. You will now be taken to the "My Profile" page. This page contains all of the information about your account with Canadian Valley Family Care, including your registered name, email address, and password (if you have set one up). To access other areas of the PatientPortal, click on the "My Profile" heading under either of the "My Account" or "Settings" tabs.
