Campus Property Management Tenant Portal is a web-based portal that allows tenants to manage their account, view account history and make changes to their account information.

How to Login to the Tenant Portal
If you are a tenant on campus, you can use the Tenant Portal to manage your account and access your lease information. To login to the Tenant Portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to https://portal.campuspropertymanagement.com/.
2. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields, and click Log In.
3. You will be taken to the Welcome page of the Tenant Portal. Click Next to continue.
4. On the next page, click My Accounts to view your account information or click Leases to view your active leases. If you have multiple leases, click Leases in the left column and then select a lease from the list on the right. To add or delete an item from your list, click Edit items.
5. To view or change your contact information, click My Info and then Change Contact Info. You can also update your contact information by clicking Update My Info on the My Accounts page or by clicking Update Leases on the Leases page.

How to Search for and View Information About Your Tenants

To access the tenant portal, sign in to your mycampus account and click on the "Tenant Portal" link in the left-hand navigation bar. You will then be able to search for and view information about your tenants, including their addresses, contact information, rental histories, and more.

If you have a problem with your tenants, there are a few things you can do to try and solve the issue. First, login to the tenant portal and look for the " Issues " tab. Here, you can report any problems or issues that you're having with your tenants. Next, if you think your tenant may be breaking the lease or behaving in an inappropriate way, it's important to communicate this to them in a non-violent way. Finally, if all else fails, you can contact Campus Property Management for assistance.
How to Contact Campus Property Management
If you need to contact Campus Property Management, there are a few ways to do so. One way is to login to the tenant portal and click on the "Contact Us" tab. From here, you can email or call Campus Property Management directly.
The tenant portal also has a "problem reporting" feature which allows you to report any issues or concerns that you may have with your rental property. This can be helpful if something is not working properly or if something needs to be fixed.
