2. If you are not registered for an account, click on the Create Account link on the home page and follow the instructions.
3. If you have forgotten your password, click on the Forgot Your Password link on the home page and enter your name, email address, and old password in the appropriate fields. You will be sent an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
4. Click on My Account in the navigation bar at the top of the page to view all of your current accounts and information.

How to manage your account
Login to your Campus Portal account by following these simple steps:
1. Go to https://campusportal.gwu.edu
2. Log in with your GWU password
3. Click on the My Account tab on the left-hand side of the screen
4. On the My Account page, you will see a green box with a magnifying glass inside it. This is your login box. Enter your GWU e-mail address and password in the appropriate boxes, and click on the Log In button (you will be directed back to the My Account page).
If you have forgotten your GWU password, please follow these instructions:
1. Click on the Forgot Your Password link at the top of the My Account page
2. Enter your e-mail address and click on the Reset Password button (you will be directed to a confirmation page)
3. Enter your new password twice and click on the Reset Password button (you will be directed back to the My Account page)
4. Click on the Login button to return to the My Account page
