How to Login to Campus Portal Clayton
Logging into Campus Portal Clayton can be a daunting task for first time users, but with the help of these simple instructions, you'll be up and running in no time.
First things first, make sure that you have the latest version of Campus Portal Clayton installed on your computer. This can be found by clicking on the “Downloads” tab located on the top right hand corner of the website, and then selecting the “Campus Portal Clayton” download. Once downloaded, open the file and double-click on the “Campus Portal Clayton” icon. This will launch Campus Portal Clayton.
Once Campus Portal Clayton is open, you will see a screen that looks similar to this:
On the left-hand side of this screen, you will see a list of all of your accounts which include your University account (which is where you will login to), your student account (if you are a student at their University), and any other accounts that you have registered with Campus Portal Clayton (such as Gmail or Facebook). The middle of this screen is where all of your portal activity takes place - here you can access all of your courses
How to Access your Student Files
If you have forgotten your Clayton login information, or if you need to reset your password, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the online campus portal.
2. Click on My Account in the top left corner of the screen.
3. On the My Account page, select Password and Security Administration from the left-hand menu.
4. Under Login Information, enter your user name (first and last name) and password (case sensitive). Click on Reset Password if you need to change your password.
How to Manage Your Email Address and Password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you need to update your email address, you can do so through the My Clayton Portal website. To login, first click on the icon in the top right corner of the website and choose "Login". Enter your username and password, and then click on "Log In". If you have not created a username and password, please do so now. Once you have logged in, under "My Account", you will see a list of your account information including your email address and password.
How to Request a Change or Cancel an Event
If you have any questions about registering for or attending an event on campus, please visit the Campus Portal. To request a change or cancel an event, follow these steps:
1) Log in to the Campus Portal.
2) Click "My Events" on the left-hand side of the page.
3) Click on the event you would like to make a change or cancel.
4) On the right-hand side of the page, click "Request a Change/Cancel Event."
5) Fill out the requested information and click "Submit Request."
How to Report a Problem with Campus Portal Clayton
If you are having trouble logging in to Campus Portal, there are several things you can do to try and get help. First, check to see if someone has already reported the problem. If not, try the following:
1. Reset your password. You can do this by going to My Account and clicking on “Reset Password.” If you have forgotten your password, you will need to contact the Help Desk.
