3. Enter your UFL username and password in the appropriate fields and click on the Login button.
4. You will be prompted to select a property category from which to start your browsing experience. After selecting a property category, you will be able to explore all of the available pages within that category by clicking on the name of a property or category below the Main Menu bar at the top of the page.
How to change your password
If you forget your password, or need to change it, following instructions will help you do so.
1. Log in to the Campus and Central Properties Portal.
2. Click on the “Password” link in the top left corner of the screen.
3. Enter your current password and click “OK”.
4. Click on the “Forgot Your Password?” link in the top right corner of the screen.
5. Enter your email address (where you registered for an account) and click “Submit”.
6. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Follow those instructions to reset your password.

How to use the Campus And Central Properties Portal
Campus and Central Properties Portal is a centralized website that allows you to access your property information from anywhere on campus. You can login with your NetID and password, or create an account if you don't have one.
To login, click the Login link on the top right of the Campus and Central Properties Portal home page. If you have already logged in, you will be taken to the My Accounts page.
On the My Accounts page, you can access your My Campus Account information, including your NetID and password. You can also view your current property information, including all of the properties you own or lease on campus.
If you don't have a NetID or password, you can create an account by clicking the Create An Account link on the top right of the My Accounts page. This will take you to the Account Creation page. On this page, you will need to provide your name, email address, and password. Once you have completed this process, your account will be created and you will be able to login to Campus and Central Properties Portal using your new credentials.
