Welcome to the Campus Advantage Resident Portal! This website is designed to provide residents with easy access to a variety of resources and services. If you have not already registered for access, please follow the instructions below to create an account. Once you have logged in, you will be able to access all of the resources available through the portal.
How to login to Campus Advantage Resident Portal
If you have forgotten your password, or need to reset it, please follow these instructions:
1. Log in to your Campus Advantage Resident Portal account.
2. Click the "My Account" link on the left-hand side of the homepage.
3. Enter your login credentials and click the "Reset Password" button.
4. Enter your new password and click the "Reset Password" button again.
5. You're all set!
How to manage your account
If you are a Campus Advantage resident, logging in to your account is easy! Here's how:
1. Click the "Login" link on the footer of any page on the website.
2. Enter your email address and password, and click "Log In".
3. You will be taken to a page where you can view your account information, including your current residence location and schedule.
How to make a request
If you are looking for information about specific campus resources, you can use the Resident Portal to make a request. To login and begin making requests, follow these steps:
1. Go to http://residentportal.berkeley.edu.
2. In the top right corner of the screen, click “Login.”
3. Enter your Berkeley ID and password. If you have not yet registered for a Berkeley ID, do so now at http://www.berkeley.edu/registrar/.
4. Click “Request a Service” in the menu on the left side of the screen.
5. In the “Request a Service” window, select the service you need information about from the list on the left side of the window, and then enter your requested information in the fields on the right side of the window.
6. Click “Submit Request” to submit your request and view results online or print a copy of your request for use at a later time.

How to unsubscribe from their email notifications
If you no longer wish to receive email notifications from Campus Advantage, you can unsubscribe by following these steps:
1. Log in to your account at https://residentportal.ucsd.edu/.
2. Under "My Account," select "Email Preferences."
3. On the "Notifications" page, uncheck the box next to "Campus Advantage Email Notifications."
4. Click "Save Preferences."
How to share your experiences with other residents
If you have any questions about the Campus Advantage Resident Portal, or just want to share your experiences with other residents, here are instructions on how to login.
1. Click the “Login” button in the top right corner of the homepage.
2. Enter your user name and password. If you have not yet registered for an account, you will be prompted to do so.
3. Once you are logged in, you will see a list of all the articles in this section. Click on an article title to view its content.
