How to login to the Campbell Collegiate Parent Portal
To login to the Campbell Collegiate Parent Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Click on the “Login” link located at the top right of the page.
2. Enter your Username and Password (both of which are unique to each individual parent).
3. Click on the “Log In” button.
4. You will then be directed to a new page where you can begin navigating through the Portal content.
How to access your child’s records
If you are an enrolled parent or guardian of a student attending Campbell Collegiate, you can use this Parent Portal to access your child’s records. The Parent Portal is accessible from any computer with internet access. To access the Parent Portal, go to: https://parentportal.campbellcollegiate.ca/. After logging in, you will be directed to your child’s record. You can view and print documents, create or edit profiles, and make changes to your child’s schedule and contact information. You can also manage payments for your child’s education.
How to update your contact information
If you have updated your contact information through the Campbell Collegiate Parent Portal, please follow these steps to update your blog information:
1. Log into the Parent Portal.
2. Click on “My Account” in the top right corner of the page.
3. On the “My Account” page, click on “Blog Settings” in the left column.
4. Enter your blog URL in the “Blogging Address” box and click on “Update Blog Information”.
How to unsubscribe from email notifications
If you would like to unsubscribe from email notifications, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the parent portal.
2. Click on the "Email Notifications" header on the left-hand side of the screen.
3. Uncheck the boxes next to the newsletters/alerts that you would like to unsubscribe from.
How to report a violatio n of the student code of conduct
If you have knowledge of a violation of the student code of conduct that occurred at Campbell Collegiate, please follow these steps to report the incident:
Step One: If you are reporting a violation that occurred on school grounds, please call the school office at 905-688-8111. If you are reporting a violation that occurred off campus, please call Durham Regional Police at 1-800-222-8477.
Step Two: Once you have contacted the appropriate authorities, please send an email to [email protected] with as much information as possible about the incident including your name, contact information, and what happened.
Step Three: Once we have received your email, we will begin an investigation into the matter and update you as soon as we have more information.

How to obtain emergency information for your student
Campbell Collegiate has developed a Parent Portal to help parents stay connected with their students and their school. The Parent Portal is accessible from the home page on their website, Campbell Collegiate’s website, or by clicking here.
To access the Parent Portal, first login and select “Parents” from the left-hand menu. Then enter your student’s unique ID number in the login box and click “Submit”. You will be redirected to the Student Info page for your student. From here you can access important information about your student such as contact information, grades, and much more. Accessing other education services
Campbell Collegiate Parent Portal provides a variety of education services for parents, such as access to student data and calendars, alerts, and parent forums. Parents can login to the portal to access these features. To login, parents will need their child’s unique student number and password. Parents can also create an account if they do not have a student number or password.
To create an account, parents will need their email address and password. After logging in, parents can view their account information, including their name, email address, and password. Parents can also sign in with their Google or Facebook accounts to add those accounts as secondary logins. If a parent does not have a Google or Facebook account, they can create one by clicking on the “Create an Account” link in the top right corner of the portal homepage. Once the account is created, the parent will be able to sign in using that account information.
Parents can use this portal to access hundreds of educational resources related to their child’s school work and personal life. For example, parents can view their child’s grades, schedule updates, and messages from teachers. They can also join teacher-led parent forums to
Closing the Parent Portal
Login to the Parent Portal by going to:
www.campbell.edu
Click on the "Parent Portal" logo in the top left corner of the screen.
On the login screen, enter your user name and password (both of which are case-sensitive).
If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgot your Password?" in the login screen and provide your email address to receive a temporary password. After you receive your temporary password, enter that temporary password into the login screen and press Submit.
If you have forgotten your user name, click on "Forgot Your User Name?" in the login screen and provide your email address to receive a new user name. After you receive your new user name, enter that into the login screen and press Submit.
