How to login to Caltech Application Portal
If you are a current Caltech student, faculty, or staff member and have an active Caltech Net ID, you can access the Caltech Application Portal by clicking on the "Login" link in the top right corner of any page on the Portal. If you do not have an active Net ID, you can create one by clicking on the "New User" link in the top right corner of any page on the Portal.
How to create an account
To create an account on the Caltech Application Portal, follow these steps:
1. Click on the “Sign In” button in the top right corner of the portal homepage.
2. Enter your email address and password into the appropriate fields and click “Sign In.”
3. If you have not already created a user profile, you will be prompted to do so now. Once you have logged in, you will see your user profile on the left side of the page.
4. To create a new account, click on “New Account” in the top right corner of the page. You will be prompted to enter your name, email address, and password. After you have entered all of the necessary information, click “Create Account” to create your new account.
How to submit your application
If you are applying to Caltech, you will need to create an account on the application portal. Once you have created your account, follow these steps to submit your application:
1. Log in to the application portal using your Caltech username and password.
2. Click on the "Applications" tab at the top of the page.
3. Under "Application Status," click on "New Application."
4. Enter your name, email address, and phone number in the appropriate fields, and click "Submit Application."
5. You will now be prompted to provide additional information about your application. This information will help us evaluate your application and decide whether it is eligible for review.
