Bull Run Middle School Parent Portal Overview
The Bull Run Middle School Parent Portal is a new online resource for parents and guardians to manage their student records, schedule and access important information, and connect with school staff. If you are a parent or guardian of a student at Bull Run Middle School, please review the following steps to create an account and begin using the Parent Portal:
Step 1: Log In
To log in to the Parent Portal, click on the link below and enter your school email address and password. You will then be prompted to enter your first name.:

Step 2: Review Your Account Information
Once you have logged in, you will be able to view your account information including your name, email address, and password. You can also access important school information such as your student’s current status (enrolled, withdrawn, etc.), grades, attendance records, and messages from the school.

How to Login to the Parent Portal
If you are a parent at Bull Run Middle School, you can access the Parent Portal to manage your child’s education and attendance records. To login, follow these steps:
1. Go to the main website at bullrunms.org and click on the “Parent Portal” link in the left-hand navigation bar.
2. Enter your school ID number in the “Log In” field and click on the “Log In” button.
3. You will be prompted to enter your password.
4. Click on the “My Profile” button to view your account information or the “Student Records” button to view your student’s record information.

2. Enter your Parent Portal username and password.
3. Click Log In to confirm your login.

Messages and Notifications
When you first sign in to the Parent Portal, you will see a message that says: "Please wait while your account is created." This may take a few minutes. Once your account has been created, you will be able to login and access all the information on the site.
To login, click on the "Login" link in the top right corner of any page. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click on the "Log In" button. You will now be able to access all the information on your child's record as well as manage communication and notifications with them.

To login to their Parent Portal, please follow these steps:
