How to login to the Brothers Management Resident Portal
The Brothers Management Resident Portal is a web-based system that allows residents to access information and resources related to their care. To login, follow these steps:
1. Start by visiting the resident portal at www.brothersmgtresidency.com.
2. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields on the homepage.
3. If you have not already done so, create a profile for yourself by clicking on the My Profile button located in the header of the page. This will allow you to easily access your personal information and resources.
4. To find specific information or resources related to your care, search using the vertical menu bar at the top of the page or use the filters located on the left-hand side of the screen.

How to create a Resident Account
If you are a resident of the Brothers Management Residence Hall, you will need to create a resident account. To create your account, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the residence hall's website at brothersmanagement.com.
2. Click on "Residents" in the top navigation bar.
3. Under "My Account," click on "Create Resident Account."
4. Enter your full name and password in the appropriate fields, and click on "Create Account." You will now be able to access all of the residence hall's resources!
How to add or update your contact information
If you're a brother in management and haven't updated your contact information on the resident portal, now is the time! You can easily add or update your contact information by logging into the resident portal and heading to "My Account" under the "Administration" tab. Once there, you'll see "Contact Info" at the bottom of the page. Click on it to get started.
You can add or update your name, phone number, and email address easily. If you need help finding your account number or password, please contact them at [email protected]
How to change your password
To change your password, please follow the instructions below:
1. Log in to your Resident Portal account.
2. Click on "Your Profile" in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Under "Personal Info," click on "Password."
4. In the "Password" field, enter your new password and click on "Update."
5. Once you've updated your password, you'll need to remember it in order to log in to your Resident Portal account again. If you forget your password, please contact their office for assistance.
How to view your account information
The Brothers Management Resident Portal provides residents with access to their account information, including their calendar, notes, communication logs, and resident profile. To login to your account, follow these instructions:
1. Click on the orange "Resident Portal Login" icon located in the top right corner of the home page.
2. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click on the "Log In" button.
3. You will be redirected to your account dashboard where you can view all of your account information.
How to manage your account settings
If you have created an account on the Brother website, you can use their resident portal to manage your account settings.
1. Log in to the resident portal by clicking the link in the email you received after creating your account. If you don't have an email from us, please contact customer service at 800-BROTHER (800-246-2787).
2. On the homepage, click My Account.
3. Under Account Settings, click Change Password or Login Name and Email Address. Enter your current password and new login name and email address. Click Save Changes.
4. If you changed your password, enter it into the Login Name and Email Address fields and click Save Changes again. If you didn't change your password, leave these fields blank and click Submitform. Your changes will take effect immediately.
How to unsubscribe from their email notifications
If you no longer want to receive their email notifications, please follow these steps:
1. Log into the website.
2. Click on the "My Account" tab.
3. Under "Email Notifications," select the option that you would like to unsubscribe from (for example, "All Emails").
4. Click on the " unsubscribe" button at the bottom of the page.
