To change your user name, click on the "User Name" link in the "Accounts" section of your Employee Portal.
How to Change Your Password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you want to change it, follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to your Broome County Employee Portal account.
2. Click on the “My Account” tab at the top of the page.
3. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click “Login”.
4. On the “My Account” page, click on the “Password” link next to your username.

How to Add a new Employee
If you are a Broome County employee and have not created an account on the Employee Portal, now is the time to do so! The Employee Portal allows employees to access their personnel files, leave balances, and other important information. Here are the steps to add a new employee:
1. Log into your Employee Portal account. Click on "Employees" in the main navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Click on "Add a New Employee" in the sidebar on the left side of the screen.
3. Fill out the required information and click on "Next."
4. You will be asked to provide your full name and email address. If you have a password for your Employee Portal account, enter it here as well. You will also be asked to provide your birthdate. If you are not yet registered with Broome County e-Verify, select "Yes" and provide your federal employer identification number (EIN). If you are registered with e-Verify, select "No."
5. Click on "Save Changes." You will now be able to view your new employee's profile in the Employees section of the portal!
