How to Login
If you are a resident of Brookson and would like to access your account information, please follow these simple steps:
1. From any computer in the Village, open the "Brookson Resident Portal."
2. In the top right corner of the screen, click on "Login."
3. Type in your Name (first and last), Email Address, Password, and Confirmation Code. If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgot Password?" and then enter your Name (first and last), Email Address, and Confirmation Code to reset it.
4. Click on "Log In." Your account information will appear on the next page.
How to Request a Password Change
If you need to change your password, first login to the Resident Portal. From there, click on the 'Password' link on the top menu bar. You will be prompted to enter your current password. Once you have entered your current password, you will be prompted to choose a new password. Enter a secure password that is at least 8 characters long and remember to save it for future use.
How to Request a Form Accessibility Update
If you need a form accessible update for your Brookson Resident Portal, you can login and request one by using the following steps:
1. Go to the "My Account" tab on the Resident Portal and click on "Request Form Accessibility Update."
2. In the "Request Form Accessibility Update" form, provide the following information:
-Your name
-Your email address
-The type of accessibility update you are requesting (e.g., text size, color coding)
3. Click on "Submit Request."
4. Your request will be processed and a response will be sent to your email address.
