How to login to the Broker Portal
To login to the Broker Portal, you will need your username and password. To find out your username and password, please contact your broker or login to the portal using your email address and password.
If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the reset link below. If you have not registered with a broker, you will not be able to login to the portal.
How to add an account
To add an account to their broker portal, follow these steps:
1. Open the broker portal at https://portal.fxcm.com/.
2. Click on the βAccountβ link in the top menu bar.
3. Enter your credentials and click on the βLoginβ button.
4. On the login page, enter your email address and password, and click on the βLog Inβ button.
5. You will be redirected to your account overview page where you can see all of your accounts and settings.
How to view your account details
If you are a new customer, please follow the steps below to view your account details:
Login to your broker portal by clicking on the login link in the top right corner of the homepage. Enter your username and password and click on the Login button. On the left hand side of the screen, under Account Details, you will see your account number and account name.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or need to change it, follow these steps:
1. Click on the Login link in the top right-hand corner of the home screen.
2. Enter your email address and password into the appropriate fields and click Log In.
3. If you have not registered with a broker before, you will be prompted to do so now. Click on the Register link at the bottom of the page and fill out the required information.
4. Once you have registered, click on the My Account link in the top right-hand corner of the login screen.
5. On My Account page, find your account name in the list on the left and click on it.
6. In the account details section, find your Password Change Form link and click on it.
7. On Password Change Form page, enter your current password into the Password field and type a new password into New Password field. Click on Submit Changes to save your changes.
How to update your contact information
If you have registered with a broker portal and have not updated your contact information, now is the time to do so. You can update your contact information by visiting the broker portal and clicking on My Account > Contact Information. You will need to enter your full name, email address, and phone number. 3. Enter your username and password into the login fields and click on the "Log In" button.
4. You will now be directed to the "Active Orders" page. Here, you can view all of your active orders.

1. Login to the broker portal.
2. Click on the Orders tab.
3. Select the order you want to cancel or reverse.
4. Click on the Cancel/Reverse button.
How to get help
If you need help logging in to your broker portal, follow these steps:
1. Open a web browser and type the broker portal address in the address bar. For example, if you are using the broker portal at www.mybrokerportal.com, entering www.mybrokerportal.com into your web browser's address bar would log you in.
2. Log in with your username and password (if you have registered for a broker account). If you have not registered for a broker account, click the "Register" link on the home page to create an account.
3. Click the "My Account" link on the left-hand side of the screen to view your account information. You can also access this information by clicking the "Account History" link on the same screen, or by searching for your name in the "Account Activity" section of the home page.
4. In the navigation pane on the right-hand side of the screen, click on "Broker Portal". This will open a new window displaying all of your active trading accounts and portfolio resources.
