Brighton Village Resident Portal is a web-based portal that provides residents of the Brighton Village retirement community with access to a variety of services and activities. In this article, we will show you how to login to the portal and access your account.

How to add an account
To add an account to the Brighton Village Resident Portal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your portal account.
2. Click on the "My Account" tab.
3. Click on the "Add Account" button.
4. Fill out the required fields and click on the "Submit" button.
5. You will be redirected to the registration page. Complete the registration process and you're ready to start using your new account!
How to update your account
If you haven't already done so, please login to your Brighton Village Resident Portal account by visiting: http://brighontvillage.com/login/. You will need your Login ID and Password. If you have forgotten your login ID or password, please contact them at [email protected].
Once you have logged in, you will see the main menu on the left hand side of the page. Click on "My Account" to view your current account information. To update any of your account information, simply click on the "Update My Account" link next to the information that you would like to update. You can also change your password if you have forgotten it.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you would like to change it, please follow these instructions:
1. Go to the "My Account" section of the portal and click on "Forgot Password?"
2. Enter your name and email address and click on "Get Password."
3. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Click on the link in the email to reset your password.
4. If you have not received an email with a link to reset your password, please contact them at [email protected] and we will help you reset your password.

If you are experiencing an issue with the Brighton Village Resident Portal, please follow these instructions to report the issue.
1. Click on the "Report an Issue" link in the upper right corner of the homepage.
2. Select the issue that you wish to report and click "submit."
3. A form will open where you can provide additional information about your issue.
4. Click "submit."
5. Your issue will be reviewed and a response will be sent to you as soon as possible.
