Bright House Hosted Voice Portal Login
If you are having trouble logging into your Bright House voice portal, follow these steps to get started:
1. Go to the Bright House online login page and sign in using your account name and password.
2. Click on the blue "Forgot Your Password?" link next to your account name. Once you enter your email address and click the "reset password" button, you will be able to create a new password. You will need this new password to log in to your voice portal.
3. If you have not already downloaded the Bright House app, now is the time to do so from the App Store or Google Play store. Once installed, open it and sign in using your account name and password.
4. Click on the blue "Forgot Your Password?" link next to your account name on the app home screen and enter your email address to reset your password. After confirming that you want to reset your password, you will be able to create a new one. Be sure to save this new password in a safe place as you will need it later when trying to log in to your voice portal.
How to Change your Email Address
If you have ever changed your email address, you know how difficult it can be to find the new one buried deep in your inbox. Bright House's voice portal makes it easy to change your email address without having to go through all of your email messages. Here are steps on how to change your email address on the Bright House voice portal:
1) Log into the Bright House voice portal.
2) Click on the "My Account" button in the top left corner.
3) On the My Account page, click on the "Email Address" tab.
4) Enter your new email address in the "Email Address" field and click on "Update."
5) You will now receive a notification that your email address has been updated.
How to Change your Password
If you have forgotten your Bright House login password, or if you want to change it, follow these simple steps:
1. From your Bright House home screen, tap Menu (3 vertical lines).
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Account Information.
4. Enter your username and password. If you do not have a username and password, you will be prompted to create one.
5. Tap Login Password.
6. Enter the new password in the New Password field and then tap Save Changes.
How to Cancel your Account
If you are unsatisfied with Bright House's Voice Portal service, cancelling your account is easy. Here are the steps:
From any device, open the Bright House online account management page. If you don't have an account, create one now. Click on Your Account on the left-hand side of the page. Under My Services, click on Voice Portal. On the right-hand side of the page, under Voice Portal Cancellation Policy, click on Cancel My Account. You will be asked to confirm your cancellation. Click on Yes to continue. You will be taken to a confirmation page where you can view and print your cancellation confirmation.
