Bravo Portal Home How to Login
If you are having a problem logging in to your Bravo Portal account, please follow these simple steps:
1. Enter your username and password into the login form on the home page of your Bravo Portal account.
2. If you are not automatically logged in, enter your email address and password into the "Forgot your password?" form on the login screen and click the "Log In" button.

How to change your password
Bravo Portal users can change their password by following these steps:
1. Log in to the portal.
2. Click on the "My Account" button on the top left corner of the screen.
3. On the "My Account" page, click on the "Change Password" link in the "Login and Security" section.
4. Enter your current password in the "New Password" field and confirm your new password in the "Confirm New Password" field.
5. Click on the "Update Profile" button to save your changes.
How to reset your password
If you forgot your Bravo Portal login password, or if you would like to reset it, following instructions will help you do just that.
To reset your password, follow these simple steps:
1. Click the “Forgot Your Password?” link on the main login screen.
2. Enter your email address in the “Create A New Password” form and click “Create Password.”
3. Click the link in the email that you received after creating your new password to log in to your account.
4. Enter your new password in the “New Password” field and click “Next.”
5. Click “Finish” when you finish entering your new password and then click “OK” to return to the login screen.
6. If you have forgotten your user name as well, please enter your email address again and click “Forgot Your User Name?” on the main login screen; then follow step 4-7 above.
How to turn off your security question and answer
Bravo Portal Home is a new security feature that allows you to turn off your security question and answer.
To turn off your security question and answer:
1. Log in to your Bravo Portal Home account.
2. Click on the "Settings" link in the upper left corner of the page.
3. On the "Settings" page, click on the "Account Security Questions" link.
4. On the "Account Security Questions" page, click on the "Turn Off Security Question and Answer" button.
