How to login to the Branksome Hall Parent Portal

On the page that opens, enter your email address and password. Once you have logged in, you will be able to view all of your account information, including your account balance and recent transactions.
How to manage your account
If you are a parent of a student at Branksome Hall, you will need to login to their Parent Portal to view important information about your child and the school. To login, please follow these steps:
1. Go to www.branksomehall.ca and sign in.
2. On the left-hand side of the screen, under "My Account," select "Parent Portal."
3. Enter your email address and password. The password is case-sensitive.
4. You will be automatically directed to the "Student" page of the Parent Portal, where you can view important information about your child's academic and social progress. You can also access reports on attendance, grades, and more!
How to add or change your contact information
If you would like to update your contact information, or add a new family member, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Parent Portal.
2. Click on My Account on the top left hand corner of the screen.
3. On the My Account page, click on Contact Info in the middle column.
4. Enter your current contact information in the fields provided, and click Save Changes.
5. You will now see a new field entitled "New Email Address" next to your name. Type in the email address you would like to use for all future communication with Branksome Hall, and click Save Changes.
6. If you would like to change your email address for any other reason, such as if you have moved or changed your name, please follow these steps:
7. Log in to the Parent Portal.
8. Click on My Account on the top left hand corner of the screen.
9. On the My Account page, click on Change Email Address in the middle column.
10. Enter your new email address in the field provided and click Save Changes.
