1. Go to their website and enter your Patient ID number (found on your hospital identification card or on the back of your emergency contact sheet) into the "Patient Identification" field in the top-left corner of their website.
2. In the "Password" field, enter yourpassword.
3. Click on the "Login" button in the top-right corner of the page.
4. You'll be taken to their secure login page where you can sign in with your username and password.

- If you have registered for the portal using your computer's IP address, make sure that your computer is connected to the Internet and that your browser is configured to accept cookies. Cookies are small files that websites use to keep track of user preferences (such as login information). If you don't want websites to keep track of your login information, you can change your browser settings so that they don't accept cookies.

If you no longer want to receive correspondence from Box Hill Pediatrics, you can unsubscribe by following these steps:
1. Log in to your patient portal.
2. Click on My Account in the top right corner of the screen.
3. In the My Account section, click on Settings.
4. On the Settings page, scroll down until you see the Subscriptions box and click on it.
5. In the Subscriptions box, click on the Unsubscribe link next to the Box Hill Pediatrics email address that you would like to unsubscribe from.
